The manufacture, the Lessor (White Castle), nor any of its employees will not be held liable for the injury, Death or Otherwise to any person using the goods.

All goods shall be supervised by an adult at all times. 

The hirer hires the goods (fun items) for the times and the rates specified above according to the following terms and conditions.

The hirer shall:

1. Ensure that the goods are properly looked after, that they stand on a flat surface. If the inflatable is going to be used on a paved or cement surface please let us know and we will provide a ground sheet. Please remove all stones and sharp objects prior to inflating.

2. used and operated only under the strict supervision of a responsible adult
3. Please switch off and cover the motor if raining occurs or move the motor indoors. In the event of rain predicted, package may only bee booked and placed indoors, and in the event that this is not possible, white castle, has the authority to cancel the booking. 

4. No shoes, sharp objects, drinks or food are allowed on the inflatable and smoking is not allowed on or near the inflatable. Also not allowed on the inflatable are face paints, streamers, biro or felt tipped pens, poppers, silly string/spiderman spray as they stain the vinyl.

5. Accept responsibility for loss or damage (Normal wear and tear/ Workmanship excluded) to the goods while in his care and undertakes to pay the full cost of repair and or replacement value in the event of theft

6. If damage is found (Normal wear and tear/ Workmanship excluded) the client/customer will be held liable for repairs and be charged a minimum of R1000 to cover the repair costs.

7. Do not let children play with or near the motor or hang over the sides of the jumping castle as they may fall out causing injury.

8. No animals are permitted on the inflatable at any time. 
9. White Castles will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person/s using or operating the goods on the property whatsoever

10. and hereby indemnifies the lessor against any claims which may be made against it by any person arising from the use of the goods

11. Accept all legal costs on the scale as between Attorney and client in the event of the lessor instituting action for the recovery of the goods, the value of replacement thereof or for collection of the charges.

12. The hirer acknowledges that it is necessary at all times to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise children at all times. The hirer undertakes to ensure strict compliance herewith.

13. The goods may not be used for fundraising or functions without prior consent for which other tariffs may be applicable.

14. Only children between the ages of 6 and 14 years are allowed on the inflatables. Soft play is recommended for children between the ages of 1 to 5 years old.
